Hi! My name is Marius Negrean and my story begins in Transylvania (Romania), about 1 mile from Dracula's Castle. There, I earned a master's in engineering and served in the special forces reconnaissance unit. Those experiences didn't just shape my career; they shaped how I think, lead, and show up every single day.

In 2003, I went on to found Stonewall Custom Homes, and in 2009 due to market conditions, I paused my construction journey and made a deliberate pivot into sales and operations at some of the largest corporations — a chapter defined by leading national teams, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and earning growth awards that reflected what happens when people are led with clarity and purpose. I've been a Naperville resident for 32 years, married with two amazing kids, now in their mid/late teens.
In late 2025, I chose to return to an industry I love, as I've remained very passionate about home transformations. I'm driven by the belief that customer service excellence and principled leadership can still be a competitive advantage. I look forward to discussing your vision for your home.
