Built on principle.
Led with purpose.
Hi! My name is Marius, and my professional foundation is built on the precision of engineering and the discipline of elite service. With a Master’s in Engineering and a background serving in a Special Forces reconnaissance unit, I developed a mindset defined by strategic planning, technical accuracy, and an unwavering commitment to the mission. These experiences didn't just shape my career; they forged how I think, lead, and execute every project I undertake.
"I've never compromised on my values, and I don't intend to start. Complacency is the one thing I simply won't tolerate - in myself or in the teams I lead."
In 2003, I founded Stonewall Custom Homes, applying that same discipline to the art of Home building. When market conditions shifted in 2009, I made a deliberate pivot into Sales and Operations for some of the nation’s largest Corporations. This chapter was defined by leading national teams and unlocking significant revenue growth, earning awards that reflected the power of leading with clarity and purpose.
Throughout this journey, Naperville has been my home. I have been a resident here for 32 years, where my wife and I have raised our two children, now in their mid-to-late teens.
In late 2025, I chose to return to the industry I am most passionate about: Home Building and Transformations. I am driven by the belief that principled leadership and a commitment to excellence remain the ultimate competitive advantages. I look forward to discussing your vision for your home.
